You will not be changing just the grip as the entire lower trigger housing is 1 unit, PTR comes with an AMBI, you could get a Contoured SEF housing tho. unless you get a metal lower housing that either a) takes HK g3/psg1 grips (single center screw like revolvers) or b) there are newer “HK-AR” Metal lowers that allow for any AR grip.
