The IDM is mounted on the driver's side fender, you have to remove the plastic "fender tub" to get at it. The IDM relay is in the 'battery junction box" (the TSB is have does not specify the location in the box). The IDM has a 30 amp fuse . 2002 has the single large junction box under the dash, no underhood one, and my AllData does say the the trailer tow relays are integral to the CJB and not servicable. Now that doesn't mean that you couldn't take it apart and solder in a new one though. One guy said the dealer put in a whole new central junction box. Others have said they could temporarily fix it by smacking the dash just above the radio.
