Basically, it's some kind of tin box with what looks like ventilation holes in the back section. The front half is on hinges and opens all the way up (see second picture in post). Doesn't smell like anything but metal, seems clean, we're not sure if the pattern on top is some kind of aging or, like, contact paper?
