In order to install the replacement tube I had to disconnect the wiring harnesses from the Junction Box behind the glove box. You can't reprogram it. Dealer only. If the fuse block has the BCM on it, Try using your old BCM. . This one is called the battery junction box. . This one is called the central junction box. Hey I litterally got my car back today from the same problem. Water leaked into the smart junction box 3 months ago and I finally saved up to spend 00+ to buy a new SJB. But all I paid was 6 total and Ford dealership just recoded and installed software that was reset when the SJB(GEM Module) got wet.
