I'm not completely satisfied with the way it turned out, so I may do another trial piece to try some different ideas I have.
This is a short preview to a lesson on carving the iconic ball and claw foot, a rite of passage for the serious period furniture woodcarver.The complete less.This is done using an indexer (rotation axis) on the CNC machine, and allows various designs.
